CANCELLATION POLICY
Things to know before booking. Appointments need to be booked, cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but a store credit can be issued depending on the situation & can only be approved by management. Appointments before 10am or after 6pm will be an additional +$30 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours you will owe the full amount of the appointment. You will be charged the full 1 appointment but you will have the credit minus the $25 deposit. Booking deposit $25.00 or a card must be on file. Reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you lose your deposit or your card will be charged for the $25. After 5 rescheduled appointments you will no longer be able to book with me. No children or extra guests at appointments unless they are getting a service. You have a 15 minutes grace period if you are running late. Late Fee: $15.00 No call/No Show = Full appointment will be due. Cards will be charged or you will be billed. For any lash tech errors you have 3 days after your appointment to let us know about any issues. If more than 5+ lashes are fallings out contact us immediately. 630-384-9647. After 3 days it’s no longer a lash tech error. You will need to book a fill your fix any issues. We no longer will accept foreign fills. You will need a full set & a removal.
